Celebrating VI History Month & Women History Month

Virgin Islands History Month & Women History Month are 2 very significant moments in history that needs to be recognized & celebrated. Women History Month was designed to reflect on the courage of women in past generations and the efforts and bravery which earned women the opportunities and freedom we have today. Virgin Islands History Month was established in 2006, every year during the month of March, where we recognize the extraordinary history and culture of our Virgin Islands and the achievements and contributions of its people. Even today Virgin Islanders are making history and reaching the heights others wouldn't dare dream of. There are things women weren't able to accomplish and everyday women are making things happen and continuing to make history.
