Lashley Winter better known to the general public as Motto is a soca artist & producer from the island of St. Lucia. In 2012 he migrated to Brooklyn, New York where he currently resides. The Soca Artist earned a Bachelor's in Mass Communication with a concentration in video production from Barton College in North Carolina. The artist has been consistently working to release hit after hit that his fans can relate too. Motto is known for hits as, One Woman, Issa Vibe, Shots, along with many more amazing hits.
