VI on the Map with Theron Thomas & Masai Harris Grammy Win

Virgin Islanders Theron Thomas & Masai Harris had their eyes on the prize. On Sunday at the 65th Grammy Award they each received a Grammy from their perspective projects. Masai Harris who has been a music producer for the past 15 years, won for his work on Kabaka Pyramid's Reggae Album of the Year "The Kalling." During their separate interviews they each expressed their thoughts on their nomination. Theron Thomas won for his writing work for Lizzo's Record of the Year "About Damn Time." Theron has been nominated several times in the past and most recently his 7 nominations. However this is his first big win, as we know Record of the Year is a huge deal. Masai achieved one of his goals by being nominated for a Grammy. Congratulations to both of these young men on their accomplishment. VI up never down.
