Creatives Corner: Ft. Owner Minoca Alexander

Minoca Alexander is a 27 year old Virgin Islands Entertainment Blogger. I'm originally from the beautiful nature isle of the Caribbean, Dominica so I was partially raised in Dominica. I grew up in St. Croix U.S.V.I. and I've have always had a passion for writing. 

I was inspired by the artists of the Virgin Islands when they expressed that every other island had a blogger to write about their entertainers except us, and the idea came to me and the site was born. The most challenging moment in my blogging so far would have to be the constant criticism because I try to please everyone ultimately you can't. Some of my strengths that helped me in blogging are my attention to detail and my deep love of music. My greatest achievement outside of blogging is Mood Clothing VI which is my other venture, and the reason being is that it helps my customers feel like their best selves. 5 years now I see myself as one of the biggest entertainment media out let in the world and being my own boss entirely. 

My words of encouragement to the youths would have to be if you have something that you're really passionate about and would like to make a business out of  that you should go for it, the journey isn't easy, but it's not about the journey it's about the destination.

Some of you may be saying why would she be writing about herself, well the reason is really clear I have to promote myself and my brand in whatever way I can!!!!
