Mama Cry is dedicated to all of the Mothers in the Virgin Islands who has ever lost a child to gun violence which is at an all time high in the Virgin Islands right now. A mother's cry over her child is the most heart breaking thing to ever witness, its absolutely heart breaking. A mother's tears over her child/children is very powerful. The video was made to bring awareness for parents and families who are still in pain over their loves ones lives that had been taken too soon. This song comes at a time when the people needed it the most. The song is currently trending with 31,000 views, 529 shares and over 1k reactions and counting. It is not about the popularity of the song, its about the message behind of the music. The video features the families of people who've lost someone to violence in our community. No one should ever have to go through the pain of losing someone they love.
