Recently I was sent a track, it was so enjoyable I decided to do a write up on this very song. Kaia Petersen, A Virgin Islands artist is a true queen in everyway. The title of this song which can be found on SoundCloud goes by the name of Queening. We live in a world today where women are criticized, not given the respect we deserve, and that we've fought so hard to be where we want to be today. Women aren't respected in the workplace, we're constantly overlooked and over sexualized at times. However the fight isn't over, because there's still alot of work to be done simply because we're queens and deserve to be treated as such. The artist latest song is something that's meant to be empowering, music of a new age. Sometimes we forget that we're all queens, this song is here to remind us of that.
