What can I say about St. Thomas Jouvert, 2 years after being plagued with the pandemic. Well despite a few hiccups in the wee hours of the morning it ended up being an entire mood. Visitors from near and far attended with every intention on making it a memorable. Although we're still facing a pandemic we need to be cautious. The road was filled with beautiful women, colors and very talented singers and musicians. What more can you ask for to have made this the perfect jouvert morning.
