VI Artists: To Headline Dept of Tourism event in Ft.Lauderdale

Mic Love, Pumpa, Big Band and Caribbean Queen will be headlining the Dept of Tourism's, VI Ambassador event in Fort Lauderdale, FL on October 11, 2019. This event will take place at the Dalmar Ballroom from 6:30pm-9:00pm. Miami Carnival kicks of this weekend and this perfect opportunity to showcase what the Virgin Islands has to offer. Caribbean Queen is the reigning campaign for the Crucian Christmas Festival VI Calypso Monarch 2018-2019 competition. Mic Love recently represented the VI in New York during the Labor weekend and continues to kill it in the music business with his trending single "VI to the Bone." Our next performer on the line up is non other than the legendary Pumpa, who has been in the business for over 15 years and is still kill it. His latest song "She got the Juice," has been one of the hottest songs of the summer. Lastly we have Big Band who were The Stylee Band, this band has been making music for many years, they've also had an eventful summer with non stop gigs. The VI Dept of Tourism has taken the initiative to bring more exposure to the Virgin Islands by having some of our most popular artists today perform at major events such as Labor Day and now Miami Carnival. This event not only brings exposure to the Virgin Islands and the many talents we have here, and hopefully draws the Virgin Islanders who live aboard back home.
